Safety education through the experience of danger to improve the attitude toward daily safety work

This is a case study of several manufacturing companies.Safety training was implemented in response to the need to increase worker sensitivity in order to reduce occupational accidents.

Customer Concerns

課題
01
Frequent occupational accidents are occurring, and workers' safety awareness needs to be improved.
課題
02
Safety education is provided in textbooks, but there are no signs of a change in awareness, so a breakthrough is being considered.

Effects of Service Introduction

効果
01
Increased awareness of safety by experiencing the dangers for themselves
効果
02
Outside education has freshened my feelings about attending training.

Nisso's know-how was utilized to the fullest, and a set was brought to the customer's premises so that many employees could experience the hazardous situation.
The training was particularly effective for employees prior to being assigned to a work site and as a refresher course.
Safety education is very important, but there is a problem that training in a normal environment does not raise a sense of tension, so the freshness of the outside training led to a good sense of tension, and we received very positive feedback that everyone gained new insights.
