Nisso employees who had been working at the facility to be transferred were reassigned directly to the new facility, and our accumulated know-how enabled us to minimize production loss after the transfer and to achieve vertical start-up.
By utilizing NISSO's nationwide network for personnel follow-up, we were able to smoothly transfer equipment and start up production without placing a management or training burden on the customer at the transfer site.
