We would like to expand our operations to improve the performance of materials, including production methods, testing and evaluation, and the pursuit of the causes of defective products, but we lack the man-hours to do so.The customer confirmed the need for such services.
We introduced them to NISSO KOSAN employees with experience in scanning electron microscopy and other related fields, thereby resolving the shortage of man-hours.
Not only did we solve the man-hour shortage temporarily, but we also contributed to the strengthening of the customer's system by providing training on work procedures to the new staff. The client is now able to carry out new tasks such as the evaluation of new materials.
